2. Information We Collect
Account Information
When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, professional credentials, and payment information (processed securely by Stripe — we never store full card numbers).
Practitioner Profile Information
Information you provide about your practice, certifications, specializations, and preferences to personalize the platform experience.
Client Health Data You Import
Data you add about your clients — including names, health goals, dietary history, food logs, lab values, health conditions, and progress metrics. This data may constitute Protected Health Information (PHI) under HIPAA. We process it only to provide you with the platform's features under the terms of our Business Associate Agreement.
Usage Information
How you interact with the platform — features used, time spent, actions taken — to improve the product and provide support. This is aggregated and anonymized for analysis.
Technical Information
IP address, browser type, device information, and cookies for security, performance, and authentication purposes.
3. How We Use Information

4. AI & Your Data
Your client health data is never used to train our AI models or any third-party AI models. Period.
Our AI features — meal plan generation, nutrient analysis, client progress intelligence, communication assistance — operate on your data to provide you with outputs. That processing happens within our secure, HIPAA-compliant infrastructure.
We may use aggregated, fully anonymized usage patterns to improve our AI capabilities. No individual or client data is ever linked to these improvements.
If you delete your account or request data deletion, your data is removed from our systems within 30 days and is no longer processed for any purpose.
5. HIPAA Compliance
The Nutrition Dynamic is designed for use by healthcare and nutrition practitioners who may handle Protected Health Information (PHI) under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).
We sign Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) with all practitioners who handle PHI through our platform. Our infrastructure is HIPAA-compliant, including:
